The Conference will be conducted in English.

Registration / Hospitality / Information

Desks will operate in the hotel lobby on Saturday, May 31,  

from 16:00 - 20:00, and thereafter during session times.

Conference Kit and Name Tag

Upon registration you will receive your conference kit containing the program and abstract book, name tag, invitations to social events etc.  Please wear your name tag to all conference sessions and events.

Opening Session

The Opening Session will be held on MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2008 at 10:00

Festive Dinner

An optional Festive Dinner will be held on TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2008 at 18:00.

Participants who have purchased the dinner should meet in the lobby of the

Europäischer Hof Hotel Europe at 17:50.  Participants will walk together to the the Cable Car for the ride up to the Bergrestaurant Ristis.

Participants still wishing to purchase tickets at US$ 50 per person should contact the Secretariat or purchase them at the Registration Desk on arrival.  Space is limited and new purchases will be on a “first come – first serve basis”

Climate and Clothing

Average temperature in Engelberg in June is 12^oC.  We suggest that you bring appropriate warm clothing.

Internet Access

There is wireless internet in both hotels.  Please check with the reception at the hotel regarding the price and method of accessing the internet
