Target Conferences is the official agent for the SMDM EUROPE 2008 Conference and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.
Hotel space is available through Target Conferences at the Europäischer Hof Hotel Europe, (conference venue) and the Ramada Regina Titlis (across the road from the Europäischer Hof Hotel Europe). Accommodation will be confirmed on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Kindly note your preference on the Accommodation form.

*The Europäischer Hof Hotel Europe, a three-star property, is the conference venue. The Ramada Regina Titlis, a four-star property, is across the road from the Europäischer Hof Hotel Europe
HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit from the special rate, kindly ask your Travel Agent to contact TARGET CONFERENCES or send enclosed Accommodation Form with the required deposit to Target Conferences, at your earliest convenience.
PAYMENT
Payment will be taken in US dollars according to the CHF rate of exchange on the day of payment.
Payment for accommodation reserved directly by Target Conferences is to be made (less the required deposit of $150.) upon arrival at the Target Conferences Hospitality Desk at the venue, with a 3% surcharge. If Target Conferences receives full payment for all services reserved by April 15, there will be no surcharge.
Target Conferences accepts travelers cheques, Eurocheques (in the currency of the issuing country) and major credit cards. Please remember – accommodation will be billed as per original booking (even if you occupy fewer room nights than originally booked).

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Our refund policy is based upon receiving written notification as follows:
- Up to 45 days prior to arrival - full refund of deposit, less bank charges
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival - cancellation charge of $50 per room
- Thereafter - no refund on deposit.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Personal travel and health insurance are recommended.
- Target Conferences does not arrange sharing accommodation.
- Arrangements are made on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person and his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever.
