Registration Fee for all Regular Participants and Students includes: Conference kit, program and abstract book, get-together reception, participation in scientific sessions, coffee at breaks and lunches during session days.

Accompanying Persons should purchase lunch on spot.

Registration Fee for the Optional SHORT COURSES includes: Participation, printed conference material, coffee at break and lunch.

Please note that the number of participants in the short courses is limited and participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

• Postmarked until April 15, 2008 – full refund less handling fee
• Postmarked after April 15, 2008
  and before May 1, 2008 – 50% refund
• Postmarked after May 1, 2008  – no refund

No refunds will be made on short courses not taken

CLIMATE
The average monthly temperature in June is 15°C with a possibility of rain. Clothing is informal for all occasions.

LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Secretariat is willing to send a personal invitation to participate in the Conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to help participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa, and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.

VISA
For participants from most countries, a visa for Switzerland is not required. Please check with your local travel agent.
