I watched the vid and checked out the channel of the one who has posted it, as well as those of his friends. There’s no evidence what so ever to be had there, just a wild conspiracy theory aimed at increasing public hostility towards the USA. Sounds like almost complete [almost - because any country including the US wants to spread it's influense] rubbish to me, though it’s quite understandable why it was made – nobody likes the king of the hill.
