What is the name of the division in law enforcement that impersonates anarchists to disrupt conferences?

What is the name of the division, or the name of the protocol in law enforcement that has police dress up like anarchists and causes disruptions at conferences like the G20 that we had in Pittsburg a few months ago?

There is no such division or protocol. The group that does the disrupting is know as the Democrats.
