Football conferences without conference championship games dont deserve to be in the BCS!?

Should they? I think that the Pac-10, Big 10, Big East, MWC, Sun Belt, WAC, and the Independant schools should not be allowed in the BCS. If you cant play a conference championship game then you dont deserve it. Plus all those conferences are jokes anyways! Come on Ohio State ranked number 8? Lol thats funny! And USC is the biggest joke out there!

The NCAA says you need 12 teams in your conference to have a conference championship. If they cant find enough teams they cant have one.

  2. No. The conferences without twelve teams shouldn’t be punished. It isn’t the teams’ faults. However, a team should win their conference championship to even have a shot at the national title. Unlike Oklahoma, a few years ago.

    I agree that the sissy trojans suck but Ohio St fought a tough battle and exposed the sissy trojans weak @$$ O line…ha ha ha one of the players said at the post game press conference that the trojans have the best O line in the nation..what a joke…dude you took out more than half of the money that allows the BCS to exist…whats the point

  4. Why play a conference championship game, if you already play all the teams in your conference, unlike the ACC, Big 10, Big 12, SEC, MAC, and CUSA, where you won’t play all the teams in your conference.

    A round robin conference schedule is the best versus the "Play for Money" conference championship game that some of the conferences play. You also realize that most of the time, those championship games have no bearing on the BCS standings, since you cannot be rewarded for beating the same team twice.

    But thank you for letting us know that your knowledge of college football is lacking to say the least.

  6. You’re a joke. You never said WHY they shouldn’t be in the BCS if they don’t play a conference championship.

    But just to inform you:
    - MWC, Sun Belt, WAC are not in the BCS.
    - There’s not independents, there’s one, Notre Dame.
    - The Big 10 and PAC 10 can’t be kicked out of the BCS without getting five votes which won’t happen.

    You don’t know what the BCS is, do you? Lol you’re funny!

  7. What the others said. Conference championship games mean divisions, which allows situations where one half (say, Big 12 North) might stink like a butt while the other half (say, Big 12 South) is actually competent.

    Round Robin, like the Big 10 and Pac 10 have, is really the best way.
