California divorce – how many status conferences will a judge hold?

How many status conferences will a judge hold if neither of the parties in the divorce proceedings make any kind of effort to move the divorce along? What is the next step if the judge gets fed up?

it’ll get "kicked out" and the will be no next step. start over, file again, pay again and go to court again. and hope you dont get the same judge.

it depends on the state. some just grant it after 60 days or 6 months to a year
