How do you make a video conference room on your own website?

Not great knowledge of developing websites. Would like to develop a webpage which would allow up to 5 people to hold a video conference on a current website.

Currently playing around with FrontPage on BraveHost.

Any info would be welcome.

im not quite sure but i have just looked this up and you have to know where you want to put your web page then you need to invite people to join you in a conference its like im
