How can I find out favorite foods from the Southeastern conference?

I am trying to make a Menu of foods from the Southeastern Conference for a Preseason tailgate party. I would like to make a bunch of sandwiches that represent each Southeastern conference school. I would like to know what are the "specialty" foods from each school.

Call them and ask. You give no specific locations or schools, so how the heck are we to know what is what; what’s the specialty foods of the midwest of America? There about 10,000 or more for the whole region that I know of. Good luck with you quest.
