Suggestions for conference gifts? LOW QUANITY!?
I’m trying to shop for 10-25 individuals (2 or 3 different gifts per individual in a seminar) for a conference. They need to be uniform gifts, they will not be hand picked per individual. I’ve tried websites for corporate gifts and they all seem to have a minimum purchase of 100 qty or more. Any suggestion where I can find a variety of options for under $10/pc and without such high quanities?

Instead of limiting yourself to those "corporate gift" companies and websites, with such a low quantity needed, you may have much better success simply going shopping. Some of those corporate gifts are very generic and do not really excite the receiver much.
There may be something perfect available in a local store. If it’s a mom and pop shop, they may even be happy to give you a discount on an item you like. For some conservative, more traditional gifts, think of useful, professional items. One gift that everybody needs and uses is a nice, colorful calendar of nature photos. A mousepad is also useful and appropriate. Compact umbrellas are also a good one.
You can step out of the box a bit and give something that will be fun as well as functional. A movie pass for 2 (if everyone is local), a good beach towel, or a gift certificate to a local lunch restaurant can be well received.
Another option is to visit a catalogue or store like Harry and David, or a local variety of delicious edibles, and give each participant a tasteful and tasty treat.
Shopping at some large variety stores like Target or even Wal-Mart can turn up goodies you might not have even been thinking about. I once gave some gorgeous printed super soft fleece blankets to a group of female professionals who were all tremendously excited about them. If your group is all female, even manicure gift certificates are inexpensive and fun!
Try to give gifts that your participants will actually like. On a budget, the thought really does have to count, so if you’re not buying individual, personalized gifts, do be sure to get something that is well received and enjoyable, and not just "for the sake of it."
I hope this helps, and best wishes at your conference!
