Suggestions for conference gifts? LOW QUANITY!?

I’m trying to shop for 10-25 individuals (2 or 3 different gifts per individual in a seminar) for a conference. They need to be uniform gifts, they will not be hand picked per individual. I’ve tried websites for corporate gifts and they all seem to have a minimum purchase of 100 qty or more. Any suggestion where I can find a variety of options for under $10/pc and without such high quanities?

If you’re not buying something worthwhile then save your money and don’t buy anything at all. The cheap stuff will give the wrong impression.

  2. I know this sounds obvious but try going to a regular retail store like WalMart or discount stores like Job Lots

  3. Go to a Hallmark shoppe and ask for the manager. Ask about buying the box/carton (normally approx. 10 per box) of small picture frames. I am sure you can get a discount. Also, buy some disposable cameras to fill up the frames from the conference!!

  4. Forget "corporate gifts" all together. The best gifts I’ve gotten from companies I’ve hired have included:

    1. Godiva chocolates
    2. Silver pen (Common, but I liked it.)
    3. Journal
    4. Business card holder
    5. Note cards

    These were my favorites:

    6. Mr. Potato Head
    7. Magic 8 Ball
    8. Travel Etch-a-Sketch

    If there is a theme to the seminar, you might want to give gifts that reflect/support it.

    My question is, why 2-3 different gifts? Consider pooling your money and giving one $30 gift to each. It would make a much better impression than three smaller gifts.

  5. I regularly purchase those quantities but I try to keep it to at least 25. Try the website listed below. I use her all the time and she always finds stuff for me at the right rate & quantities.
