How do I hide my nipples? Or should I just stop worrying about it?

I have a problem with my nipples being very long and many times are quite visible through my clothing, and yes, I do wear a bra. It’s so bad that I’ve had to start wearing a sweater or a coat to our morning meetings at work because the conference room is so cold and they’re plainly visible. I’ve tried padded bras, but find them to be very uncomfortable. My husband actually loves this about me and tells me that I should feel lucky that I have such a sexy physical feature and that I shouldn’t worry about it. Does anyone have a suggestion, or should I just stop worrying and let them stand out?

There’s a variety of things you could try.

Either let them stay out because hey! there’s nothing wrong with that. Everyone has nipples so they should get over it.

If you still feel self conscious though, you can check out Victoria Secret for COMFORTABLE padded bras, or you could buy the padded cups inserts. Layering a cami over your bra and under your shirt may also help, as it acts as another layer.

Whatever it is you choose to do, be confident. :)

  6. i think you should just stop worrying about it, we alll are different so just dont worry about it, and plus if you’re trying to get something, some hard nipples pokin through your shirt should do the trick

  7. My suggestions would be "Stop worrying about it", most people find it sexy you know that..so stop worrying about it and start thinking about something new for your life you have a long way to go and hmm ya you should worry about something else, your kids getting the right education or at work "do i feel comfortable here" or something like that…and look even your husband told you your nipples are attractive and sexy…you should be thankful for what you do have..and don’t worry about what you don’t have…TY Good Day!!

  9. A previous girlfriend had your same problem and she used those little round band aids. She did not have exceptionally long nipples like you describe, but they would get hard going from even the slightest temp. variation. I also agree with your husband, it is sexy, but extremely distracting at work. Try the round band aids.

  10. You could try putting something in a bra you feel is comfortable. Padding or something?

  11. the only thing I could think of would be a padded bra… maybe you just got the wrong kind of padded bra. I would at least try a different one before giving up on them…. which do you care about more? a little discomfort or everyone seein your headlights on… I personally think that it is very unprofessional for your nipples to be showing.

  12. If a bra feels uncomfortable, chances are that it’s the wrong size. Padded bras are the best way to go, but if that’s not an appealing option, try sticky petals available at Maidenform or any other lingerie store. They’re like stick bandages that cover the nipple.

  13. You obviously aren’t wearing the right padded bra, they shouldnt be uncomfortable. or you can try getting padded inserts (kind of like what women wear when they’re breast feeding) that may help

  15. lightly padded bras, or tape those girls down lol… but other then that, I say just let’m show.. until someone at work says something.. chances are they wont ;]
