How can you remove an echo from a meeting room?

We have a smart board (meeting) room in our office but as all the surfaces are hard there is a severe echo (reverberation) expecially when making conference calls on speaker phone can anyone suggest a product or a company to solve this in London?

Put carpet on the floors.
Put an acoustic tile ceiling in.
Possibly install the acoustic tiles on the wall. Maybe cork-board.

Anything to break up the hard, flat lines of the room.

  2. by putting crouton in the wall n make the surface random so that if voice falls on the surface of wall it will return to different direction n there will be no echo anymore.

u can also think any other way to make surface of wall in such a way that the voice return in different direction…

  6. Soft wall coverings of some sort, drapes and even tall plants can all help with the reverb. Placing tall bushy plants (real or fake) in the corners can often solve the problem.
