Can someone recommend an events center with catering in Harlingen TX for a business meeting?

I need to organize a catered business conference in March in Harlingen, TX and I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a really nice place with complete audio/visual equipment and completely equipped with video/web conference capabilities. Does anyone know of such a place?

I attended a conference last year at a place called "A Catered Affair on Jackson Square" in Harlingen, TX. They have at least 10 or 15 big screen’s going, even one in the bathroom, and are equipped with every kind of equipment you could imagine. If you have to impress, this is the place. They do the catering as well and the food is awesome. Good luck!
