Where will I find the best deal to schedule a one week training event in Vegas for 40-50 people/rooms?

I’m a trainer looking to schedule a 5 day training event in Las Vegas for 40-50 people the first week of December 2010. Where do I start to call to get the best deals for rooms, travel, conference facility?

There is only one place to call and that is the Las Vegas Convention Authority. You can contact them through their website They have all that information for you.

    lvgeno is right. Las Vegas visitors authority has a wealth of info for planning his. I contacted them for my wedding and they sent me a huge binder full of info on hotels, meeting spaces, etc,

  3. Try city center I heard they are only at 29% occupancy so I think you might get a deal.
