    i think you can give evidence for the bible from the bible, because the bible is actually collection of books and letters.

    eg. if something is written in one of the gospel accounts, and then we have record of peter, another eye witness sending a letter to someone speaking of the same event, then that is evidence in favor of the event.
    Another interesting way is to look at messianic prophecy in the old testament and compare that with the new testament and extra biblical sources.

    You cannot use the bible to proove the bible. That is called “Circular Logic” Its like me saying “I am the best looking guy on earth, if you dont belive me, just ask me!” You are on a fools errand if you are trying to proove the bible with the bible.

    Not totally understanding what you want as far as this “contest” is concerned. God presented himself in the bible in many ways, as far as “in written word” thats the bible. As far as in word period, that was Jesus. Jesus was the word in fleshly form (John 1:1).
