The other day I was wondering how much it would cost to buy a conference south team. If you know of any purchases in the past of a conference south team or have a rough idea please say. I will give best answer to the answer that gives me the best idea of the price. Thanks.

I suppose this depends on the club & chairman & board. some clubs will be different prices. depends also if the club has any debt. I would not like to even guess a price but with the type of money you would need to buy a conference south team a better idea might be to set up your own football team just like F.C United of Manchester & A.F.C. Wimbledon then try and work your way up the leagues whilst investing in the club.

I am currently doing an assignment for geography, and I need positives/benefits of a conference centre, specifically environmental. I know it’s a question with limited answers, but I need all the help I can get please!

The peeps attending conferences can be bombarded with literature and stuff telling them about how the ecology of the area needs better protection. That should lead to some of them lobbying the government or the media to have better protection laws put in place.

I am planning to attend an IEEE conference held in Ryerson Universuty in Toronto, for students. It is like an scientific fair: projects competition, conference offered by exprienced engineers,etc. The reason I am attending is because I need some future contacts for any future jobs after my graduation.
Do I wear as I always do for college? ( jeans, sweater, sport shoes). Any suggestions?

I’m working on an assignment for my diploma of events, and a question is asking for the different roles in an conference organising committee. I have some listed already like conference chair, treasurer, sponsorship but I can’t find any more. I’ve searched google but came up with nothing.

Does anybody know anymore roles?

The group responsible for passing out/collecting the votes,the vote counters.those who man the door to stop anyone getting in after a speaker has began,There may be a standing committee who will double check any challenges to governing rules and interpretations.There are people who will bring members messages from those not at conference who wish to speak with some there.Those supervise creche facilities.Some conferences have a committee who deal with any misbehaviour problems with members at conference of a social occasion within the conference.Those issue invites and check members in,members accommodation.The will the group who will organise social events during the conference period.Hope this helps.

How do you find who is hosting the conference call in Skype version 5? I used to see the crown next to the ID from previous version. I can’t figure out who is hosting the conference any more.

Try right clicking each person and seeing who you can or can’t kick out, it should be the last option. This is just a theory, good luck!

What happens if my husband will not attend status conference?

I responded to divorce petition filed by my husband. We have scheduled a status conference (in CA). Because my husband does not want a divorce, I assume he might not attend it. Can you tell me, what happens if he will not appear? Will the court reschedule it? What if he will never show up? He might do anything to make it difficult for me. I want to divorce this man.
Please if you have any ideas?

This is a question for your lawyer. All I know is that he cannot stop the divorce, only you can do that since you filed originally. He can delay the proceedings, but he can’t stop them.

Is it legal to ask for donations for a conference without registering as a non-profit?

I am in the process of organizing a Christian Youth Conference. As of right now we have a $0 budget and the cost of attending the conference is still not enough to cover all expenses. We are not registered as a non-profit organization, so would it be legal if we collected donations (both online and offline) if the "donate-rs" knew that 1. Their donations are NOT tax exempt. and 2. Exactly what their donations are to be used for? Please respond quickly as I am running out of initial planning time! Thanks!

Asking is not illegal. As always, it is important to explain how the funds will be used as well as the fact the donations would not be tax exempt.

The entity that collects the funds, however, is liable for taxes (mainly income). Since this is a Christian Youth Conference, I would recommend working with the church or churches involved because they are able to collect these donations without any problems.

I would DEFINITELY bring up the subject that the very same Republicans who want to keep subsidies for oil companies to "look into renewable energy" (as though their profits over last few years and the fact that there is a finite source of energy aren’t enough of an incentive) are the same people who want to cut the tax incentives for residences and regular businesses to embrace energy efficiency, solar power, wind power and other renewable energies.

We are re-enacting the Berlin Conference, and I am the United States. Yes I know that, in history, we did not attend the conference… but what small part of Africa should we try to get?
Perhaps has great access to rivers or other resources.

Most of the American interest in Africa was in Liberia in West Africa, which was colonized mostly by American freed slaves who returned to Africa, while not formally a U.S. colony the colonizers of Liberia considered themselves to be Americans, and their territory to be American territory. They had considerable support from the US government, particularly from people such as President James Munroe.
Originally the Liberian claims to territory in Africa were much larger than the present country’s borders and included large areas that are now parts of Sierra Leone, Guinea and Cote D’Ivoire…
