these are questions you should of asked at the conference surely.

It’s not rude at all. If you were to keep you hands below the table at all times it would seem odd. Plus, how can you take notes or hand over a resume with your hands under the table. Not rude at all.

If I was Netanyahu, I know what I already would have said on world-wide tv in response. It would have been a common sense fact filled response about how Israel has been attacked over and over again since 1947 by it’s Arab neighbors, what makes you think that by going back to the 1967 border that’s going to change things? It wasn’t Israel that initiated any attacks. Then I would add, when America gives back the southwest of the U.S. to Mexico for taking it during war, then I’ll go back to the 1967 border.

We will be travelling fro the UK to run the event so some audio visual equipment will be required and available if requested.

I have come across quite a few venues, but they seem far too big. I understand a majority of the venues in Las Vegas are used to accommodating larger events and this may restrict our options, but we would like to avoid frustrating our delegates with 20 minute walks to the meeting area.

We will have visitors from across the world so accessibility to nearby accommodation (possibly at the venue), the airport and general ease of travel arrangements is important.

Do any of you wise folk have any recommendations I could look into please?

Are you truly referring the United Nations and not the League of Nations. An international organization was discussed at the Yalta Conference in February 1945, and the UN charter was drawn up two months later at the UN Conference on International Organization.

If you really mean the League of Nations, then the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 is the correct answer.
