NO , drinking anything that is mind altering will not make you sharper, even with age.. Even the sober ones cannot make rational decisions , so why not drunk ..

Being a well traveled conference attenddee Hotels are better suited to who will be attending the conference not just what the event is hosting.
Usually hotels are in a close facility of other amenities.
Conference centers focus on Space for hosting that event.
Not the before or after’s of the event.
